1. Acceptance of Terminal Terms

By accessing GetCasinoPlayer.com and its sub-directories (the "Terminal"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

2. Account Responsibility & Security

Users are solely responsible for the security of their API keys and login credentials. Any data purchased through your account is deemed to be authorized by you.

Breach Protocol

If GCP detects suspicious activity, including but not limited to IP-hopping or brute-force API attempts, we reserve the right to suspend your account indefinitely without prior notice. USDT balances in suspended accounts are frozen pending a manual compliance review.

3. Prohibited Use Cases

Users may not:

Use purchased data to facilitate illegal gambling operations in prohibited jurisdictions.
Harass, threaten, or engage in deceptive marketing practices toward the subjects of the lead data.
Attempt to reverse-engineer our node-ingestion sources or logic.
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute GCP data to third-party marketplaces.

4. Intellectual Property

The Terminal interface, node architecture, proprietary hashing algorithms, and brand assets are the exclusive property of GetCasinoPlayer. No license is granted to the user beyond the right to access the Marketplace for the purpose of purchasing data leads.
